Reservation (Step 1)
All participating students must complete an online Google form Reservation. A student may also print, complete, and submit a hard copy reservation to their school office by November 23, 2022. No late submissions for judging will be accepted.

Application (Step 2)
All participating students must complete an Application. This may be done online, or the student may print, complete, and submit a hard copy reservation to their school office by December 14, 2022. No late submissions for judging will be accepted.

Research and Safety Plan (Step 3)
All participating students must submit a completed Research and Safety Plan for pre-approval prior to starting their project. They will be sent to STEAMFestForms@kirkwoodschools.org. The necessary form can be found on the District website. The deadline for email submission is December 14, 2022. Your parent-signed Safety Form MUST ALSO be included at the same time.

Safety Form (Step 4)
A parent-signed Safety Form MUST be submitted to Kirkwood at the same time you submit your Research and Safety Plan. The deadline is December 14, 2022.

FORM: Quad Chart (STEP 5)
A Quad Chart is a single page divided into four quadrants providing a high-level summary of the project. The Quad chart summarizes your project in a single page for a quick overview of your project and will be viewable online by judges, other students, and members of the science community. This representation of your project is intended to be only a summary and to be visual in nature. It must accompany your project submission.
