COLLEGE ATHLETICS

Overview: The NAIA and NCAA are two college athletic associations.  The NCAA has three divisions and students may recieve athletic scholarships from Division I and Division II schools.  If a student intends to participate in college atheletics at a NAIA or NCAA school, they must register with the athletic association and meet the academic requirments. Since college admission requirements are the not the same as athletic eligibility requirements, it is important for student athletes to know both requirments.  If you have questions, talk with your College & Career Counselor.
