Babies begin learning before birth! You are your baby's best and first teacher. Parents as Teachers can help you give your baby the best possible start in life.
Parents as Teachers is a free and voluntary program open to all parents and families with children ages prenatal to kindergarten entry who live within the Kirkwood School District boundaries.
