Children's Psychology Services
St. Louis Children’s Hospital offers a comprehensive a team of professionals who are committed to providing high-quality psychological care for children. Our doctoral-level psychologists and neuropsychologists work closely together to offer the most advanced psychological services available for children and adolescents.

CSEFEL: Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning
The Center on the Social and Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (CSEFEL) is focused on promoting the social emotional development and school readiness of young children birth to age 5. CSEFEL is a national resource center funded by the Office of Head Start and Child Care Bureau for disseminating research and evidence-based practices to early childhood programs across the country.

Epworth - Family Support Network
The Family Support Network offers free weekly, in-home family counseling for families who have behavioral challenges with their children.
Families are referred by professional sources or may make self-referrals
Participation in the program is voluntary
Families receive an average of six to nine months of counseling from a Master’s level therapist at no cost to them
Weekly in-home counseling services provide parenting skill-building and support, enhanced family communication, help with difficult child behaviors, positive discipline techniques, stress and anger management skill-building, help with connecting to area resources
Participant Requirements:
Family must live in St. Louis City, St. Louis County or St. Charles County
Have a child with behavior challenges who is age birth through 13 in the home
Not have an open, substantiated case with Missouri Children’s Division

Whether your child has a diagnosed disability such as cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD; a developmental delay; or significant challenging behavior, the Inclusion Specialists at United 4 Children can support your family by:
Contacting potential early childhood or school-age providers to start conversations about whether the program can meet your child’s needs.
Working directly with your child’s potential provider to prepare for your child’s enrollment.
Supporting the teachers and caregivers in your child’s current setting to develop strategies and action plans that will help your child have the best experience possible.
