     We believe as a coaching staff that developing our athletes mentally is just as important as developing them physically. We employ several strategies to engage our athletes mentally that will help them as they compete as well as give them a tool to use after Track & Field is completed.  These stages of our mental training program, involves the following:

    • Mental Rehearsal
    • Goal-setting Research has shown that goal setting can imporve an athletes performance by 16%
