  • Important Information for the 2024 Summer Adventure Club Enrollment

    • Summer Adventure Club enrollment will open on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024. You will find a PDF attachment on this web page after it opens to register your child.
    • All necessary items must be received by our KECC Office, located at 100 N Sappington Road, Kirkwood MO 63122. You may drop them off on campus between 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
    • If you choose Brightwheel for billing, you can submit the Summer Adventure Club registration form via email to jennifer.hahn@kirkwoodschools.org. You can also use Brightwheel for pay your registration fee.
    • Please note that all district accounts in the parent's or guardian's name must be current to register your child for the summer. We are unable to offer tuition partnerships for our summer program. Also, we cannot extend discounts to siblings during Summer Adventure Club.
    • It is important to note that registration will be processed in the order it was received. Enrollment is limited for each session, and once a session has reached capacity, it will move to a waiting list.

  • Is my child required to attend camp from open to close?

  • Do I need to sign up for multiple weeks?

    Signing up for sessions is easy and flexible. Keep in mind, however, that the deadline for withdrawal is two weeks prior to the start date. A $50 deposit is required for each session at the time of enrollment. Failure to withdraw before the two-week deadline will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, please note that there is a non-refundable $35 application fee.

    7:00- 8:30 AM: Morning Centers

    8:30-9:00 AM: Morning Meeting 

    9:00-10:00 AM: Enrichment Class #1

    10:05-11:05 AM: Enrichment Class #2

    11:10-11:30 AM: Homeroom Meeting

    11:30 am-1:00 PM: Lunch & Recess

    1:00-3:00 PM: Homeroom Themed Activities

    3:00-4:00 PM: Snack & Recess

  • Does Summer Adventure Club provide lunch?
