We encourage students enrolled in a summer school program to keep their existing machine until this class is over. The swapping of the two machines will take no more than 20 minutes and goes faster if you have all of your passwords handy when you arrive. In order for you/your child to be able to pick up your laptop the following items must be completed/done prior to your receipt of your new machine. There are items parents and students must do.
-
Students must complete this technology user agreement for the 2022-2023 school year. Without this form being completed you may not get your device.
-
Parents must complete the technology user agreement which is embeded into this year’s annual update located within Infinite Campus. Parents can also purchase laptop insurance for next school year in MySchoolBucks. By completing the annual update, parents ensure not only that their student can pick up their new computer this summer, but they also ensure that we have the most up to date contact information should we need to contact you.
-
Students are responsible for backing up their data on their old Mac computer before swapping out machines in June/July. To learn how to back up your data from your old laptop to Google so that you don’t lose anything check out this video.
-
Remember that you must bring your old computer, cords, and bag when swapping out for your new device. Do not forget to remove stickers or other items from your machine or there is a charge. Fines will be charged for missing items, sticker, or unreported damage.
